Bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court in this blast 11 peoples killed and 62 injured. every witness saying all over blood after the blast at HC. and now high alert in Delhi and near places specially at major metros. also high alert in Hydrabad and Tirupati and other major cities after this blast at Delhi.
